Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (e.g., clearance items, personalized products).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@415.one with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. Package the item securely and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for certain returns.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal value if requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as outlined above for returns.

Exceptions

  • Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
